Lifting Smart!

 During second semester the Strength and Conditioning classes at the high school continue to work on lifting and conditioning, however, the classes have also implemented lectures. The lectures have covered topics such as weight room philosophy, writing affective goals, nutrition, body composition, and the process of gaining muscle mass. The students also have begun testing their body composition and will soon write goals pertaining to their findings. The students will continue to lift along with this and will be testing their max weights in the middle of the semester.
