Test-Outs Underway in Strength Training Class

In Strength Training class over the next two weeks, the classes will be performing test-outs to measure their strength and agility gains.  Students work hard for eight weeks to improve in these areas and then get the opportunity to discover the improvements they have made.  In this picture, a student is performing the Pro-agility test which is a measure of quickness.
