Welcome to the Intro into Athletic Training Class

     The Intro into Athletic Training class is working diligently to learn about the aspects of Athletic Training.  There are a wide variety of athletic injuries.  The injuries that are being looked at currently in class are the differences between a sprain and a strain, and different types of fractures.  They have also been busy at athletic events learning the ropes from the view of an Athletic Trainer for field/court set-up, prevention, and evaluation of athletic injuries.  The class also includes lab time where students learn how to tape for various injuries, and learn how to rehabilitate the injuries athletes sustain in competition.
