Mr. Bradley will offer a new course starting the fall of 2017. The course description includes the following:

  • Writing and Reporting: Students will learn hands-on how to write and report for newspapers, magazines and online media; you will practice conducting and writing various styles such as features, news articles, interviews, profiles, and statistics.

  • Broadcasting: Students will learn how to write and report for television and radio broadcasts, but also the technical aspects to producing each type of show.

  • Information: Students will learn the ins and outs of how a sports information office (sports media relation office) runs and gain hands-on experience with these operations.

  • Public Relations: Students will learn about various successful techniques used in sports marketing, public relations or communications. You will learn how to prepare promotional materials to represent our teams and sporting events.
